Whats the help desk?

• The system will deal with problem management.
• The help desk is a system where users can report
  their computer based problems.
• The help desk will consist of a Web interface to
  a backend database, which will store all the
  information about the problems reported.

• Create DSN HelpDesk
• The DSN can be changed by editing config.pl
• Client Side
• Any Operating System
• Web Browser
• Java Script support
• Cookie enabled
