Project plan
  • Four visits from QIB to PC between June and
    November 2009
  • 1. Getting to know each other. PCs SAR and QIP
  • 2. identify key areas of QI. First thoughts
    about brokered support from COPs
  • 3. Ensure brokered support in place. Encourage
    process of PC working with COPs
  • 4. Sum up effectiveness of the process

  • Project manager will produce a summative report
    with key findings.
