  from the Middle East
• The low, wooded Ural Mountains separate this
  region from Europes eastern border with Asia

• The growth of nationalism(pride in a particular
  area) and wave of democratic ideas caused
  overthrow of Communist governments in these
  countries

• Governments are working to reform previously
  government-owned businesses
• None of these nations uses the Euro as currency
  each has its own such as the lek!
