Secondary Education Enhancement Project (SEEP)
  • SEEP is designed to help operationalize the
    first stages of this program through a
    combination of selected national level and
    targeted school level interventions.

Main objectives
  • Increasing access to general secondary education
    through raising students enrollment percentage
    in general secondary schools from 30 at the
    start of the project to 50 by the end of it
    (currently 40 general 60 technical).
  • Providing flexible options for study within and
    between branches of the system (transferability).

    skills needed for the labor market and higher
