- File your signed and dated Written Technology
Plan (draft with 5 elements) in your E-Rate
Files. - All documentation kept for five years includes
competitive bidding documents. - You will certify and acknowledge on several Forms
that you may be audited and must retain all
records to verify the accuracy of information
provided.
7Our Written Less Is More Tech Plan
- Goal telephones with long distance service in
all class rooms and on each bus route NLT 7/1/10. - Assessment we have 10 centers and 100
classrooms and 60 have telephone service. We
need an additional 40 phones in classrooms and 10
bus routes in need of cell phone service. - Our total IT budget of 256,985.45 will enable us
to support the additional phone services with 87
of our E-Rate funding request approved. - The IT manager will monitor and evaluate the new
system - Staff will receive Professional Development on
the new phone system during in-service scheduled
TBA.

- FCC rules requires no less than a 28 day period
from beginning of the process to the end.

On site visit on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at
930am, commencing at the IT Department offices,
located at the 2nd floor of the John P Henserling
Building, 4 Aggie Street, College Station, TX.
Attendance is compulsory for all of the
prospective vendors. Failure to attend the site
visit will render the respondents submission
invalid unless other arrangements have been made
prior to the site visit date.

provides important deadlines and reminders - Opportunity to identify errors make
corrections. Corrections can be made on your copy
of Form 470 RNL and mailed back to USAC.
