User Defined Fields
  • You can set numbers of user defined fields for
    your records. You can see them clearly on the
    users interface. For your industry, we have
    pre-set some of the fields industry, interested
    training , preferred language, etc.

    set the date, time to send out. After sending,
    you can check who has opened the email for
    further follow up. Also, Maximizer can help you

    you can see all opportunities are shown on the
    interface clearly. When you select one of that,
    you can see the detail information, e.g. Number
    of Participants, Teacher Assigned, etc. The same
    as UDF, you can create the fields by yourself.

    him which one has enrolled a course starting in
    next week. So that he can remember to remind him
    by phone.
  • He can set any alarm whatever he want, e.g.
  • A week/2 weeks before the course started.
  • 1 year/2 years after joining your membership.

Our concept is to replace most of the routine
tasks by Maximizer, as automatic functions, in
