• Tender return on 23rd July 2003, tender returns
  in excess of the budget allocation.
• Tender Analysis is has been completed and
  Contract agreed at 1.654 including VAT
• Principal Contractor Whites
• Pre Contract Meeting 16th September 03
• Start on site Monday 22nd September 2003
• Completion May 2004

Keckwick Lane Construction Works

• The proposed works and approval resides with
  Halton Borough Council
• Halton Borough Councils main concern is that all
  the services are co-ordinated and inserted into
  the highway or pavement , once.
• Gas, Electricity, BT,NTL etc.
• BT diversions have been ongoing in August and
  have been diverted onto DL site.
• Anticipated widening construction works 6th
  October 2003, to be confirmed.

• Steel work to both buildings complete
• Pumped concrete for floor slabs on going,
  therefore lots of concrete mixer lorries on
  Keckwick Lane
• More cranes will arrive on the site, to be used
  to fit cladding panels and roofing.
• Wind and water tight before winter, completion
  April /May 2004.
