BPS represents Psychologists in the UK, and has roughly 48,000 members.
If you decide to follow Psychology professionally, you will need the BPS, as they will provide Chartership status which you need to become a Professional practicing Psychologist.
3 What is the BPS?
Luckily, at Kent Uni we are on a BPS accredited Psychology course, meaning youre already one step closer!
This means when you graduate, you will hold an accredited Psychology degree and hold GBR (Graduate Basis for Registration) meaning you can go on to study further accredited courses i.e. Masters, PhDs, and Doctorates using Psychology.
However, all that is way into the future, so why join the BPS as a student subscriber?
