    assisted properties to achieve a SAP rating of 65
    where possible

    carbon solutions have been explored.
  • Continue to offer insulation measures where
    available to all assisted households

    measures to be delivered over a period of time
  • Extending Benefit Entitlement Checks to those
    households where we cannot increase the energy
    efficiency standard to SAP 65
