• The princess went to the castle. It was stormy
  outside that night.

Then when she got in she went to her room and
went to bed.

• She slept with twenty mattresses. I will put
  the pea under the last mattress, said the
  maiden. When she laid on her bed, she felt the
  pea and got a pain in her back. That proved she
  was a true princess.

Ow !, that hurts.

• The princess and the prince got married.
  Because the princess had such delicate skin, the
  prince loved her.
