What is RtI?

• The consistent use of responsive differentiated

An Alternative

• RtI provides a way to document the presence of a
  learning disability or difficulty with the

Team Consultation

• Meeting with the RtI team to discuss your
  students issues.
• Discuss possible lines of action.
• Different intervention

• Refer for high-intensity one-on-one instruction
  time.
• Refer for special education services.

Tier 3 Students

• If multiple interventions have not produced the
  desired results with a student, it may be time to
  consider referral for special education.
