RD program "energy, environmental health
quality - prepare the building for 2010"
- Establish conditions for sustainable development,
which includes primarily the energy demand
management in its economic political dimension.
- Fight against climate change by implementing a
policy to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases, - Develop and promote environmental quality in its
various components quality of works, systems,
products and management.

7ADEME, associated with PUCA, and in partnership
with several public and private organizations,
launched a national call for proposals, entitled
Prepare the building for 2010. Professionals
from the sectors of Construction and Renewable
Energy responded significantly, both
qualitatively and quantitatively. 2002 - 188
proposals covering all areas of the consultation.
These 188 projects were carried by teams
involving nearly 320 agencies.
