• Syllabus-the syllabus is your guide to the class
• Attendance-studies show that 80 of failed
  classes are due mostly to poor attendance
• Reading-keep up, no matter what!

• Get to know your professors-dont be intimidated
  by your professors they are here to help you
• Know how to be a good advisee-be willing to take
  advice from your advisor!
• Pay attention-Try to sit up front in class
  youll hear the lectures better and will be able
  to pay better attention!-Dont go to class to
  read the paper or listen to your iPod. Take
  thorough notes and interact in class when you
  can!
