Keep calm

• Dont worry and keep relaxed especially on the
  weekend before

Practise makes perfect

• As well as practising at school, try to help out
  at home, measuring ingredients. This will help on
  your maths papers.

It doesnt have to be boring

• Have fun while revising by playing word games
  like hangman, scrabble, boggle and word
  association.

Be Healthy

• Have a nutritious and balanced breakfast every
  morning before tests.

Snacks

• Dont forget to keep your energy levels high by
  bringing in healthy snacks (fruit) for in between
  different tests.

Equipment

• Dont forget to be fully equipped with these
  items
• 30cm ruler
• Pencils
• Pens
• Rubber
• Protractor
• Cheap calculator

Talk

• Talk about the work you have been doing at school
  with your parents and discuss homework. They may
  be able to help you.

A word to the parents

• Dont make the tests a big deal but show an
  interest is what your child is doing at school.
  Support them with kind words of encouragement.

• Beware Some of the children may feel tired and
  irritable in the weeks leading up to the SATs.
