• Establish an internet/ intranet database system
  based on the Hyperwave server technology for
• Exchange of information
• Disseminating information about research
  opportunities
• Communication between the European universities
  as well as between European universities,
  aeronautical industry and related SMEs and
  Aeronautics Research Establishments
• Establish thematically oriented interest groups
  with expertise on related scientific
  technological areas
• Establish centers of excellence specializing in
  key aeronautics areas, in particularly in
  countries region with less developed
  aeronautical industry
