Some Key Dates

• HW refurbishment finished end March, fit out
  begins early April.
• Uxbridge Refurbishment finishes end June, fitted
  out by 17th July.
• Chalfont Campus ceases to be operational from
  end June, closure by end July.
• Wellesbourne Campus ceases to be operational
  from end June, closure by end July.
• Gateway shared occupation in some areas from late
  June, all areas early August, fitted out by end
  August, move in and operational tests by 11th
  September.

• Ian Stoney Director of Operations Services
  and leading the Move Workstream in the
  Move-Open-Close Project, TN leading the people
  move part of this.
• Lionel Fothergill Operations Manager, working
  with Ian in ensuring operational requirements are
  in place in Gateway and at Uxbridge.
• Ann Badhams seconded to Move-Open-Close Project
  to look after Library relocation.

Other Information

• Demonstrations of AV equipment at HW in May.
• Begin roll out of laptops after Easter.
• Desktops move as is, unless in urgent need of
  replacement. Replacement programme will take
  place post-move.
• Opportunities for students to visit HW
• 6th May - afternoon
• 3rd June - evening
