- Yeshasvini Managing Director
- A former management consultant at Infosys BPO,
she has built her expertise in people management
areas such as People Structuring and Audits, to
help organizations track their ROI on Human
Capital. Over years, she has trained around 2700
people in areas pertaining to leadership
principles. She has been instrumental in building
robust recruitment processes which has hired over
3500 employees. She has also managed migrations
"Build Operate Transfer" models from USA,
Australia and England. She is a visiting faculty
at B-Schools and has been widely quoted in press.
Currently she is a member of the CII Womens
Business Leaders Forum (WBLF). A certified
Psychometric Analyst from Thomas International,
UK, she has obtained certification in the Basics
of People Capability Maturity Model (P-CMM) V
2.0 from SEI, USA. She has recently been a part
of Young Leaders Program (YLP) in Hong Kong and
China, an initiative supported by the Clinton

- Sudha Raju Business Advisor
- Ms. Sudha Raju has a rich varied professional
experience of over 31 years. She was with Manipal
Universal (MU) as their Principal Officer,
Corporate Affairs Strategy. Prior to joining
MU, Sudha was working with NIIT for close to 23
years and her assignment at the time of leaving
was that of Senior Vice President, responsible
for strategic relationships for NIIT. She started
her career at Indian Institute of Management -
Bangalore in 1978. Sudha is the convenor of CII
Womens Business Leaders forum and is a part of
the Karnataka State Council of CII. She is the
Regional Vice President of Computer Society of
India. Sudha was Director in the local Board of
State Bank of India. Ms. Sudha Raju has also
contributed to the state of Karnataka in various
other capacities such as the convenor of CIIs IT
BPO panel and the Chairperson of MAIT, Southern
Region. She is an invited member of the BMA
managing committee. She has also been involved in
various committees of Karnataka Government and
has participated actively in the Tamil Nadu, Goa,
and Kerala state IT Councils.

- Sam Swaminathan, whose calling card reads 'Story
Teller' is a consultant, trainer, speaker and
writer with over 4 decades of experience. He is
the founder of the Center for Creative Thinking.
He has the distinction of working with the Navy
and the Corporate giving him valuables insights
to very diverse cultures. Since 1991, Sam has
been helping clients from over twenty countries
unleash the potential by working on issues
surrounding strategy, leadership, and customer
success. He is the first practitioner to have
