What where all about.

• Range of products - We supply the countries with
  there clothes e.g. running tracksuits and spikes
  with are logo which shows respect between the
  countries.
• Money Making We are looking to sell the logo,
  for countries to put on there tracksuits to show
  the respect between countries and the friendship.
  We hope countries will see what where doing and
  hopefully we will be able to make money and make
  a successful business out of are idea.

Some Of Our Products.

The Main Idea.
Selling the tracksuits to the countries is the
idea that is going to bring the most money in. We
are going to put are logo on big brand tracksuits
and sell them to them countries that are
competing. We firstly need to get in to touch
with Nike and Adidas because they are the most
common brands that are involved with the Olympics
and Paralympics. We have research that Nike has
give us quotes for 7000 tracksuits and Adidas
have give us quotes for 4000 and last of all we
have got in touch with other companies and they
have give us quotes for 3000. We have found out
that it will cost us 140,000 for 7000 Nike
tracksuits. For Adidas it will cost us 100,000
for 4000 tracksuits. For all the other different
smaller makes it will cost us 45,000 for 3000
tracksuits. So all together for the tracksuits it
will cost us 285,000 pounds. On Nike we are
making a profit on 210,000. On Addidas we are
making 120,000 and finally on other smaller
makes we are making 75,000.
On the tracksuits we are making 405,000 on the
tracksuits

Race.
We are going to buy 14000 base layers for the
Olympics because in some sports you might not
need any. We have quote from a factory that will
provide us with the 7000 base layer tops and 7000
base layer shorts. It will cost 10 for each top
and 5 for each short and we sell the tops for
20 and the shorts for 10. So all together it
will cost 105,000 and we will make 105,000.

Advertising.

• Free advertising Handing out free silicone
  bands to raise awareness of are company. Cost 3p
  per band and 20p each to print on. Shipping 50
  and we are getting 3000 bands.
• Sport Stars Sport stars to advertise who do
  charity work e.g. David Beckham.
• Games Younger Generation The get the younger
  people aware we are going to try and get are
  companies logo and information on young peoples
  activities e.g. Sunday league kits. We are also
  looking into getting advertised on sport games
  like FIFA, Football Manager, FIFA Manager, Pro
  Evolution Soccer. We would also put information
  on the game and hopefully people will get more
  aware of us and by are products.

The Business.

• Money Making We are making a base layer to keep
  people warm and at top performance during sports
  but from down under the arm pits we are having a
  cool intake to make people cool during sport and
  keeping them at the right temperature. We are
  trying to get contracts with big sport stars so
  after there game they will take there tops off so
  people can see the logo and maybe go and buy are
  product. Companies like Nike and Addidas have
  partnerships with players like Rooney and Gerard
  so after the game they take off the top and show
  the product and logo.
• On Top Of We are also buying tracksuits off the
  brand, putting are logo on and selling them to
  the countries so each country is showing the
  friendship and respect between the countries
  involved.

The Money.

• We have already got investments from two business
  who will put as much money in as possible. The
  companies are Fairpave and Spectrum, even though
  they are not related with the type of business
  they believe we have a good idea and will help
  with the finance. We are also taking out a bank
  loan out of 450,000 and the business is giving
  us 100,000 between them, the reason we are
  taking out a loan of more than we need is because
  we need the money for advertising our products.

Summary

• Overall, we have found out that from our
  tracksuit sales we will make 405,000 profit,
  from base layer tops we will make 70,000 profit,
  from base layer shorts we will make 35,000
  profit, the silicon bands we are producing will
  reduce income by 90 and by selling our logo we
  will make 60,000 profit. So altogether our
  profit earned is 569,910, which means after we
  have subtracted this from our total cost it
  leaves us with 139,820 and this is the amount of
  money we have made altogether.
