Why does it exist?

• Currently low levels of participation
• Accessible provision is inconsistent
• Positive examples but uncoordinated

Inclusion vs Exclusion

• Inclusion is about responsibility and integration
• Mainstream providers are responsible for
  providing to disabled people
• Ensuring that existing resources and programmes
  are not closed to disabled people

• Where an opportunity is provided exclusively for
  disabled people outside of mainstream structures
• Our role is to work with those opportunities to
  connect into the mainstream and how we work with
  them to create pathways
