Communication Plan for OSG project

• Discussed the Communications plan document and
  augmented it making sure
• that we do not exclude any audiences, including
  the decision makers
• that we have tangible metrics to use in reports
• that the news letters and outreach address all
  potential customers, not only the scientific
  community
• that effort will be allocated to keep current the
  web site information as is an integral path of
  the outreach strategy
• Need to clarify a couple of points before we can
  call the document final

• The information that the Science Grid this

Publications

• Need to establish ways to gather papers and make
  them available to the community taking into
  account various security restrictions
• Cern are using the VOs to do this with limited
  success.
