  • Note Coaching is not counseling!!!

  • Small Group Dynamics
  • Coaching Action Plan---Based on steps 1 and 2 and
    MGMT652 coursework
  • Coaching Session---1 session with Executive Coach
  • (total session time 3 hours)

  • Coaching Sessions---Remainder of 3-hour allotment
    of sessions with Executive Coach

Coach Leslie Gargas
  • Leslie Gargas is the former Director of Training
    Development for Wyeth Consumer Healthcare.
  • 25 years of corporate experience with a focus on
    developing and leading high performance
    individuals and cross-functional teams, as well
    as serving as an internal coach and mentor.
  • Leslie has completed her Executive Coaching
    certification through Linkage and she is
    certified in DISC. In addition, she is currently
    certified in "Effective Intelligence" and has
    used this assessment (focused on
    thinking/decision making styles) to facilitate
    effective communication and collaboration within
    and across teams.
  • Through her Executive Coaching company, "Success
    Factor Coaching", she has had the opportunity to
    coach individuals to achieve personal and
    professional success. Much of her work has been
    focused in the area of "successfully navigating
    Corporate America.
