2The East End of London, known locally as the East
End, generally refers to the area of London,
England, east of the medieval 'City of London'
and north of the River Thames, although it is not
defined by universally accepted formal
boundaries. Use of the term began in the late
19th Century.
EastEnders is a popular BBC television soap
opera, first broadcast in the United Kingdom on
BBC1 on February 1985 and continuing to
date. EastEnders storylines examine the domestic
and professional lives of the people who live and
work in Albert Square, a Victorian square of
terraced houses, a pub, a street market and
various small businesses, in the East End of
London.
3Ingredients 750g (1.6LB-26OZ) Cod fish skinned,
cut to 8-9 pcs. 4 eggplants medium size. (1
eggplant per person) ¼ cup raw tehina Parcel of
coriander 5-6 cloves Sunflower oil for deep frying
For the batter 2.5 cup flour 1 can/bottle beer
(500ml) 1 egg 1 teaspoon salt Ground pepper 3
tablespoon olive oil
4Method Place the eggplants in the oven on high
temp for 30 min. Now, the batter
5The batter Mix 2 cups flour, the beer, the salt,
the egg, some ground pepper and olive oil. Mix
them till will be homogeny. Pour the sunflower
oil into deep and large pan and heat itabout
160c-320f
6Now We have the fish, the batter and the ½ cup
flour. Flour every piece before you dip the fish
in the batter.
7Lets fry the fish Dip every piece in the batter
and put it in the pan. You can fry 2 pieces same
time for 5-6 min. (recommended, to keep same
temp.) until the fry color will be golden and
crispy.
8On Real time
9Chop the coriander. Mix the tehina with water,
salt and 1-2 teaspoon coriander Crush the
cloves, add 3-4 tablespoon coriander into another
bowl and add 1 teaspoon salt. Time to boiled
water. Not for teacoming soon
10Take out the eggplant Cut it in the middle and
open it like a book on your plate. Add 4-5
tablespoon of tehina on the open
eggplant Heytake a look what a platemy mums

11Before serves Take the bowl with the garlic and
the coriander and add 2 cups of boiling
water. Dip every piece of the fish in the bowl
and place it on the eggplant on the top. And its
ready to serve
12Yes, it is Commercial Street in East-End I spent
there some days of my life and I visited there
again after 35 year. The smells still there.
