FC-5 Performance and Doctrine Division

• Creates and modifies operational doctrine and
  Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) based on
  the needs of the field.
• Develops and oversees all operational training
  programs.
• Once doctrine and TTP is in place, FORCECOM will
  become a bridge between the technical experts and
  operators and will facilitate feedback cycle.
• Provides exercise support teams to support
  exercise design, development, execution and
  evaluation of contingency exercises.
