What is Springboard?
  • It is a unique personal and work development
    programme designed for women in non-management
    roles.

What is involved?
  • 4 x 1-day workshops, spread over 4 months.
  • Exercises designed to build morale and develop
    self-confidence.
  • Work book containing practical exercises, facts
    and ideas. It has 15 chapters, which you work
    through at your own pace.

Who is it for?
  • Women of all ages, in all stages of their lives,
    of all races, all levels of ability and
    disability, and with all levels of
    qualifications. With or without children, living
    with partners, with elderly relatives or women
    living on their own.

What kind of organisations use Springboard?
  • Originally designed for women working at the BBC
  • Now used by many organisations in the UK such as
    British Telecom, The British Council, the NHS and
    many District Councils.
  • Also used worldwide in commercial companies,
    public sector organisations, universities,
    government departments and voluntary groups.
