  • Clients are (or have been) substance misusers.
  • Substances can range from prescription drugs to
    cannabis, ecstasy, solvents, amphetamines,
    cocaine and heroin.
  • They should be addressing their substance misuse
    and be reasonably stable.

    interviews.
  • Advise and guide on careers and preparing for
    education and training courses.

Referral Process
  • Referrals can be made over the phone, or by
    faxing or posting a completed referral form to
    us.
  • The client is given an assessment appointment
    within 2 weeks of receiving the referral.
  • If client fails to attend 2 appointments they are
    sent a letter asking them to get back in touch
    when they are ready.
