- Greater understanding of how agencies further
their goals through collaboration and mutual
support without compromising their own role - Ticketing issues a major source of conflict
between young people and transit guards - Armadale survey and data from Gosnells indicated
many young people - Avoided particular stations because they felt
unsafe - Said the presence of transit guards made them
feel safer
