- Physical exercise is free of charge
- Jogging shoes is the only need
- Tiredness and motivation are the main causes not
to exercise - More difficult to start when I delay the problem
- I have always time for exercise - it is about
priority - Important to make realistic goals and increase
the demands when goals are achieved!
