Lessons learned
  • Physical exercise is free of charge
  • Jogging shoes is the only need
  • Tiredness and motivation are the main causes not
    to exercise
  • More difficult to start when I delay the problem
  • I have always time for exercise - it is about
    priority
  • Important to make realistic goals and increase
    the demands when goals are achieved!
