• We began as an apprentice chef at Nicoles
  then established our own catering business
• Some of our skills included supervising less
  skilled workers, limiting food cost by minimizing
  waste, anticipate the amount of perishable
  supplies needed, and maintain day to day book
  keeping
• We made 17.50 per hour worked an average of 50
  hours a week
