Awards and Special Events Adam Curry

• Amount of points earned in a calendar year. Point
  totals determined by the size of the chapter and
  accumulation of points based on activities
  performed in each of the 5 areas.
• A newly formed chapter is eligible to participate
  provided it has been chartered for at least one
  full calendar quarter prior to the end of the
  competition period.

• Offer training and at some point certifications
  for a reduced cost at group rates
• Contacting local IT training centers and schools
  initially with plans to expand to a wide-range of
  training courses in the future (including online
  training)
• Provide links to their Web sites on our aitp site
• Invite local and then outside training centers in
  to speak to the group
• Work with Neelima to build and expand student
  chapter to include other surrounding colleges,
  universities and business schools
