MUST HAVE vs LIKE TO HAVE criteria before
implementing. - All MUST HAVE changes will be implemented prior

existing rules in the system as opposed to making
changes to the system to match policy.

employers is simple and quick. - Basically the same information employers are used

uncluttered, providing access to job orders. - The employer can opt to author orders which will

staff to work the order. - Job Order Tips is a new feature that helps
employers learn how to write effective job
orders.

13- Entering a job order is straightforward, with
expected requirement information. - New features include qualifying the order for
skills and certifications. - Employer is given a choice of allowing any job
seeker to see the contact information, or
restrict it to only those seekers whose profiles
indicate they meet the qualifications

progression of eleven steps. - A jobseeker who is interrupted during
registration is returned to the incomplete step
on the next login. - Jobseekers who have not logged in to the system

registration steps to encourage them to update
data.

61Tentative Implementation Timeline
- October 1 Toolbox 2.0 ready in initial form.
- Early October Superuser training
- October December Superusers train local
staff. EVERYONE is expected to log-on and learn
prior to rollout. - January 2, 2008 Rollout of Toolbox 2.0
- DWD will continue to make enhancements to the
system based on user feedback.
