- This concept plan proposes
- A Deployment Support Command (DSC), an
operationally capable command - which supports ARFORGEN and the operational
reserve by -
- - Commanding and controlling SDDC aligned Army
Reserve terminal, rail, and - deployment/distribution support units
- - Providing technical training and readiness
oversight (TTRO) for all Army Reserve - terminal, watercraft, rail, movement
control and deployment/distribution support
units. -
- - Commanding, controlling, and staffing a DM4S
or a JDDOC when required - - Providing deployment/distribution support as
required - Redesigning SDDC RC Groups and Battalions to
standardized TDAs which - provide a bridge for subsequent conversion to
TOE designs.
