Jaguars

• Some jaguars are born with black fur. They are
  not a different species of jaguars.
• They can see in the dark and in the light. Some
  times they eat other animals in a tree. They can
  climb really good.

Birds

• Parrots are very common in the rain forest.
• They feed in groups on seeds and nuts.
• They use their feet to hold food.
• There are many birds in the rain forest.

spiders

• The bird-eating tarantula is one of the biggest
  spiders in the world. A bird-eating tarantula can
  be eleven inches from the tip of one leg to
  another.

Army Ants

• Army ants have painful stingers. They raid the
  rain forest floor in large swarms, searching
  for food.

Piranhas

• Most piranhas eat seeds and nuts but some eat
  meat. These swim in large groups and can eat an
  animal in a few minutes.

• Arrow-poison frogs carry their tadpoles from
  where they hatch.

• Snakes flick their tougues in and out to pick up
