Title I, Title II, Title X Account Numbers
  • These projects will use the newly created sub
    funds in eReporting.
  • LEAs will have 5 days at the close of the quarter
    to report YTD expenditures for that quarter.
  • LEAs are only required to report the ARRA Title
    I, Title II, Title X in eReporting. Not the
    regular federal funds, both will be reported in
    FACTS.
  • If you upload all 142 funds the Department will
    only pull the ARRA 142.

IDEA Account Numbers

IDEA MOE Reduction
  • LEAs will need to track the General Purpose funds
    that were freed up when General Purpose
    expenditures were shifted to IDEA.
  • These expenditures will need to be reported by
    the end 4th quarter (July 8th) on the IDEA MOE
    ReductionARRA.

SFSF BEP Reporting Requirements
  • LEAs will use the SFSF BEP report in eReporting.
  • LEAs will report 71100-116 expenditures after the
    second quarter of FY10 FY11 to cover the amount
    in the LEA SFSF application (BEP). This is a
    change from previous webinar.
  • LEAs will have 5 days at the close of the quarter
    to report expenditures for that quarter.
  • Local Finance will then flow out that amount of
    funds in 46512 in the February BEP payment.

SFSF Extended Contract Reporting Requirements
  • LEAs will use the SFSF Extended Contract report
    in eReporting.
  • LEAs will report in appropriate categories and
    object codes each quarter of FY10 FY11.
  • LEAs will have 5 days at the close of the quarter
    to report expenditures for that quarter.
  • Local Finance will then flow out that amount of
    funds in 46615.

SSMS Accounting Reporting
  • SSMS ARRA Revenue 46595
  • LEAs will need to account for the expenditure
    separately. It should be easy since its one
    payment.
  • All eligible LEAs received an invoice from
    Century.
  • The Department also received a copy of all the
    invoices from Century and will process the
    payment by 8/21/09.

Internet Accounting Reporting
  • Internet ARRA Revenue 46592
  • Cost center (or journal entry)
  • All ENA LEAs received an invoice from ENA.
  • The Department is receiving a copy of all the
    invoices from ENA and will process the payments
    as invoices come in.(annually, semi-annually,
    quarterly, monthly)
  • The Department is billed for the ATT LEAs.
  • Three LEAs use a different vendor and will need
    to send in invoices for reimbursement.

eReporting
  • After each quarterly reporting cycle, the Office
    of Local Finance will capture the YTD
    expenditures in a database and then zero out all
    amounts in eReporting.
  • These amounts will be removed from eReporting
    when a LEA begins completing Annual Financial
    Report.
