CHAPERONES

• We need at least 20 chaperones (10 men and 10
  women). Chaperones will ride bus with kids to
  camp.
• Chaperones will stay overnight in the cabins with
  the students. (16 students and 4 adults).
• Cabins have central heat and air with indoor
  bathrooms and private showers.
• Please do not send chaperone fee until you have
  been notified. Chaperones will complete an
  application and will be notified.
• Applications will be divided into homerooms and
  chaperones will be randomly chosen from those
  groups.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Students will not be allowed to bring electronic
  devices such as cell phones, iPods, MP3 players,
  etc.
• Students may bring their cameras, but they are
  responsible for keeping up with them and securing
  them when not in use.
• Appropriate swim wear is required when swimming
  or participating in water activities. Girls and
  women will need to wear one piece swim suits
  please per district policy.
• All students will need to have the orange field
  trip form completed before getting on the bus.
  It will be available at Meet the Teacher in the
  Fall. Please make sure one is completed for all
  your children attending Norton.

MEDICAL AND HEALTH

• Nurse Cindy will attend camp.
• If your child takes medication regularly, you
  will need to complete a Sky Ranch permit for each
  medication. The only medications your child can
  receive are the ones you send with the nurse.
• Make sure the emergency contact numbers are
  updated on the orange field trip forms.
• Contact Nurse Cindy if she needs to know anything
  else about your child. Chaperones will be made
  aware of anyone in their group with a medical
  condition unless you ask that it be kept
  confidential.
