- Data available to authorized users 24/7. Reduces
reliance on HR staff. - Provides consistent data for all (e.g. number of
staff) - Pushes data closer to decision makers. Easy and
consistent. - Promotes transparency and eliminates silo
mentality. - Serves as an educational tool for desired
behavior. - Has potential as an important tool for strategic
decisions at the executive level.

- Train people on the effective use of the data.
- Provide extra support for executives. Personally
demonstrate capabilities of the system. - Make sure the system is available to those who
need it. - Dont oversell the system.
