Demo on the old TSG tool

• Shows the source files (lib.c, .c).
• Indicates the documentary sources (web, printed
  documents)
• Indicates the operating system and computing
  machine.
• Shows how to compile and link the key programs
  (tsg, dsq, fhu04, ehu04)
• Describes the components (the user-interface,
  the methods) and the joints between them.
• Runs examples, showing input and output of the
  old package
• Shows the temporary files (_)

Possible demo on AMPL/CPLEX 8.0

• Requests a demo on AMPL/CPLEX from Wei Qiu (if
  possible)
• Or reads the research from Wei Qiu
  (Wei-AMPL.zip). The .ppt slides should be read
  first, then run the .mod files as AMPL/CPLEX
  examples.
