HERBA DALMATICA

• This drink is made with an original recipe based
  on traditional way of producing rakija, by a
  small family company.
• The first part of the procedure is simple wine
  distillation, and redistillation.
• The second part of the procedure is steeping
  various kinds of herbs in base of the drink (wine
  distillate).

• The secret is in the high quality alcohol
  distillation and correct selection of herbs.
• About 15 kinds of herbs are collected in the
  Dalmatian region, that is extremely rich with
  herbs of the greatest quality.
• Region is ecologically clean and abounds with
  variety and quality of herbs used also in medical
  purposes or with medical significance.

• All kinds of herb combination are possible. One
  drop of something more or less completely changes
  the character of the drink.
• Every herb goes through steeping process
  separately then they are combined. Not every kind
  of herb matches together. So it is a long
  process, a game with shades of taste.
• In the industry, on the other hand, are used
  artificial aromas that are very cheap and easy to
  get, but here is needed long process.

• Behind all this is a story about a man who is
  university mathematics professor Mr. Ratko Paic.
  Childhood love for herbs was born in his father
  pharmacy. With love and enthusiasm and some help
  from experts in this field, makes an
  extraordinary drink that is becoming more and
  more recognized.
