  Issue Papers.
• Revised JCIDS schedule applies.
• Draft FAA circulated 4 times to OAG membership.
  Estimate 80 complete.
• Comments received after 6 September not yet
  adjudicated (missing warfighting, MPTE, and
  medical input)
• 6 Sep FAA draft circulated again as read-ahead
  material.
• This version is under revision.
• Expected completion date is 30 Nov 07.
• Release of updated FAA is set for 3 Dec 07.
