Recommendation
On January 10, 2006, the Mettler Ad Hoc Review
Board held a public hearing where they asked city
staff to outline the proposed annexation
accepted public testimony then, deliberated on
the facts. The AHRB unanimously voted to support
annexation of the 0.41-acre area and recommended
that City Council complete the annexation process.

City Council Action
Staff recommends that City Council adopt the
Mettler annexation ordinance, which sets the
effective date as March 28, 2007. This
recommendation is subject to this public hearing
in recognition of the Mettler property owners who
have signed in support of this annexation and,
based on the Mettler AHRB recommendation.
