10 Percent Meeting
City Council shall meet to

• Define the geographic extent of the area to be
  annexed and,
• Recognize that the existing comprehensive plan
  and land use zoning designations will remain the
  same upon annexation when possible, or they will
  convert to the most closely associated
  designations as defined in VMC Table
  20.230.030-1 and,
• Determine if the area in question will assume all
  or any portion of existing City indebtedness.

City Council Action
City Council shall either

• Adopt the proposed Carpenito annexation 10
  Percent Resolution or
• Modify the proposed resolution or
• Deny the proposed resolution.
