The PA Eraser Screen

To use the screen
Select whether you want to Erase a PA Batch or an
Item within a PA Batch.

To use the screen
If a PA Batch, enter the Batch Number for the PA
Batch you would like to Erase.

To use the screen
Click the View button to open the Project Charge
Entry screen to verify the PA Batch you would
like to Erase.

To use the screen
Once verified, click the Erase button. A
confirmation message will appear.

To use the screen
After the PA Batch has been Erased, a Process
Completed message will appear.

To use the screen
If PA Items, enter the Batch Number that contains
the PA Items you would like to Erase.

To use the screen
Click the View button to open the Project Charge
Entry screen to verify the PA Batch that contains
the Items you would like to Erase.

To use the screen
Once verified, click the Select Items button and
select the Items you would like to Erase.

To use the screen
Click the Erase button. A confirmation message
will appear.

To use the screen
After the PA Items have been erased, a Process
Completed message will appear.

The PA Batch or Items have now been completely
erased from Solomon.
