• The number of people using Interactive Computer
  Systems continues to grow rapidly.
• The effectiveness of these systems is
  significantly affected by the ease with which the
  users can communicate with the computer.
• The module provides a general introduction to
  Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and WEB
  development which is essential in the design of
  modern high quality computer interfaces.

• To expand the students awareness of the
  developments in aspects of modern Information
  Systems development
• To provide an understanding of the underlying
  theories, principles, and concepts
• To provide practical exposure to a visual
  development environment that is suitable for GUI
  development.

  because of poor HCI aspects in presentation.
• Since HCI skills are learnt by doing, this
  module is highly practical, with
  lectures/tutorials a backup to practical work.
