  potential risks, damages and the concrete ability
  of the Administration to fight them
• The protection of Critical Infrastructures needs
  the cooperation of all responsible Ministeries
• An effective protection needs the cooperation
  with relevant operating companies

• Critical infrastructures are vital backbones of
  modern, industrialized societies.
• Our society is fully dependant on those Critical
  infrastructures.
• Besides the traditional threats like natural
  disasters, man made disasters and terrorist
  attacks the complexity of the system of
  interdepentent infrastructures has to be
  considered as an additional threat.
