  the CWG

• Identify the initial Stakeholder Representative
  nominees
• Invited to and remain informed of all CWG
  proceedings

  came out of the Utility Search Conference
• Forward final recommendations to CVPS and VELCO
  for consideration

  recommendations for solving the Southern Loop

• CWG will review comments from the Public
  Information Meetings.
• CWG will propose final recommendations to VELCO
  and CVPS.
• CVPS and VELCO may conduct additional outreach.
• VELCO and CVPS will propose a solution and will
  apply for necessary permits.
• Additional public involvement will be conducted
  as part of the formal permitting process.
