• There are nine distinct majors in CBS
• Some of the subject areas are available as only
  emphases or only individual majors, while others
  may be offered as both emphases and individual
  majors

• Title Biomolecules and Metabolism
• Fundamentals of biochemical processes, with
  emphasis on protein structure and activity
  energy metabolism catabolism of sugars, amino
  acids, and lipids and gluconeogenesis.

• More abbreviated enzyme kinetics
