• Program Mission
• The mission of the MLT MBA Preparation program
  (MBAP) is to help young professionals apply
  successfully to leading graduate business schools
  and facilitate their MBA career transition.
  Over a nearly 12-month period culminating in
  their application submissions, participants
  receive one-on-one coaching from experienced MLT
  staff and current and former MBA Admissions
  Officers, as well as attend seminars focusing on
  key elements of the application process.

• Skill Development Boot Camps
• Instructional Seminars on Business School
  Campuses
• GMAT Preparation
• Pre-MBA Internship Opportunities

• Why should you join the program?
• Everyone can use some guidance and counseling to
  navigate the MBA application process and to
  prepare and present a competitive application
  package. Here are some things our participants
  find most valuable about the program
• MBAP helps to demystify the application
  process. Admissions Officers and MLT clarify the
  process and debunk myths.
• MBA Admissions Officers provide one-on-one
  coaching to participants on their strengths and
  weaknesses and ways to address potential
  weaknesses.
• MLT staff is comprised of graduates from top
  business schools who have successfully navigated
  the MBA application process and who have been
  corporate and nonprofit leaders
• A one-on-one relationship with an MLT Coach
  allows each participant to develop and execute an
  individualized work plan over a nearly 12-month
  period.
• Exposure to 20 business schools including
  three events hosted on business schools campuses.
• Peer support from other members of the cohort
  and MBAP alumni.
• The curriculum is developed in partnership with
  leading business schools that care about
  diversifying their programs.
• We are achieving real results with the MBAP
  Program. The MBAP graduates of the 2003 program
  achieved outstanding results.

Although MBAP cannot guarantee acceptance and
does not make admission decisions, participation
in the program will help you improve your
application and increase your probability of
success. You will also have an opportunity to
meet and develop relationships with Admissions
Officers who will be an invaluable resource as
you work through the application and school
selection process.
