DEFINITION WAIVE COURSE

• This exception is used to waive a specific course
  for a student.
• This exception is similar to Waive Pseudo,
  Waive Requirement and Requirement Complete
  exceptions.

EXAMPLE

• A student transferred in Math 132 and is enrolled
  in the Fisher College of Business.
• The business curriculum requires Math 130 and 131
  in addition to Math 132.
• A petition to waive the lower level math courses
  has been approved, since the student has achieved
  a higher level of proficiency.

HOW TO WAIVE A COURSE

• Step 1. Select Add Exception from the
  Exceptions menu, THEN SELECT Waive Course from
  the list.
• Step 2. Enter the Students Course then
  SaveEdit.
