government?A. All costs associated with the
development of the program will be borne by
Colonial Power Group, Inc. and the chosen
Competitive Supplier. Our plan calls for NO
additions to the Citys operating budget. Q.
What if I do not want to be part of the plan?A.
Anyone can opt out of the plan within 6 months of
its start date.

- Q. What if power goes out in my neighborhood?
- A. Customers will still call National Grid
because they still control the Distribution,
Metering, and Billing of the customers. - Q. How will we know if our supplier is complying
with the latest environmental regulations? - A. Every supplier that is eligible to serve
customers in Massachusetts must be licensed by
the DTE. They ensure that the suppliers conform
to all state laws. - .
