What are we going to do today?

• Today we are going to learn and practice how to
  count to the number 10.
• Then, we are going to practice how to write each
  numbers.
• Finally, we are going to have a scavenger hunt in
  the classroom to find different things that have
  to do with numbers.
• Well lets begin!!

• This is a tracing chart of numbers.
• I have made individual copies for each of you.
• Your job is to trace the number once
• Then your job is to write it 2 more times on a
  piece of paper

Scavenger Hunt

• There are numbers all around this classroom.
• We are going to have a number hunt today.
• You will first need to find a number somewhere in
  the classroom.
• Once you found a number where no other person is
  you can call me over to show me.
• The next thing you need to do is to find that
  number of similar objects around the room.
• Example- I found the number 6 on the birthday
  chart. The next thing I did was I found six
  books and brought them over.
