Colonoscopy

• We perform endoscopic examination of your colon
  to provide visual diagnosis that helps detect any
  abnormal growths, inflammation of tissues or
  ulcers, especially to look out for early signs of
  colorectal cancer.

Preparation for Colonoscopy

• Main precautions
• Be on a liquid diet a couple of days before the
  surgery to empty all solids from gastrointestinal
  tract
• Avoid driving for 24 hours post the surgery
• Start your routine checkups. Early signs begin at
  age of 50s for most, exceptionally cases could
  be from the age of 40 onwards
• Procedure varies from 30 to 60 minutes
• Recovery could take up to one day
